Responsible for dealing with day to day enquiries in such a way as to provide a market-leading level of client service to LGIM’s clients. Additionally, assisting the CRE and CRM team in creating presentations for client meetings and providing general sales support assistance. Providing support to the CRE Team manager on on-going projects.
Purpose:
Responsible for dealing with day to day enquiries in such a way as to provide a market-leading level of client service to LGIM’s clients. Additionally, assisting the CRE and CRM team in creating presentations for client meetings and providing general sales support assistance. Client base: Institutional clients
Products: LGIM’s Pooled Fund Range: Index Funds, LDI, Active Credit (Global), Property, Multi-Asset
Principle Accountabilites:
- Work as part of a team to provide an efficient and effective administration and operational service to the department, resolving general internal and where applicable, external client enquiries
- Create presentations for client review/client pitch meetings
- Manage, distribute and document incoming client enquiries in a timely and organised fashion
- To own and co-ordinate the successful resolution of day to day request for information from clients and consultants, liaising and utilising expertise from around the business where necessary, in line with client deadlines and expectations
- Develop and maintain an understanding of client mandates and their future needs with a view to being able to answer more complex queries. Contribute towards given targets for retention and, where appropriate, for new business generation
- Update and maintain fundamental client records and authorities, including contacts and distribution lists
- To update and maintain all relevant records, logs and databases.
- To support and provide cover for a CRE’s portfolio of clients during the times of absence or high volumes
- Notifying the CREs of any requests which could lead to a cross-selling opportunity or risk of loss
- Where required work with your colleagues to identify ways to streamline current processes and procedures in order that the team works more efficiently and effectively
- To provide support in updating systems used for management information such as recording inflow/outflow data and trade capturing
- To develop your understanding of LGIMs clients, products and services in order to be able to have conversations with clients/consultants on LGIMs unique proposition.
