The role is focused on providing a comprehensive new business support service to the LGIM DC Pensions Business Development Team. This position involves responding to enquiries from EBCs/IFAs such as requests for proposals (RFPs), surveys, questionnaires, and preparing presentation materials as required.

  • Complete accurate and high quality submissions in response to requests from prospective/existing clients and consultants
  • Actively support colleagues within the Distribution Team in the production of external client presentations (e.g. for pitches) and supporting information packs
  • Create project plans to ensure effective time management of pitch materials and questionnaires
  • Working collaboratively with LGIM’s investment specialists, platform specialists, relationship managers and a variety of other departments to answer all the questions
  • Build relationships with colleagues internally to support the sales support process
  • Respond to general enquiries for information and data from internal and external clients
  • Maintain and review internal databases and centralised content such as standard pitch decks and standard RFPs on a periodic basis
  • Ensure the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are central to all activities and that items prepared provide customers with clear and appropriate information
  • Actively contribute to reviewing existing processes, and recommend developments that improve quality and efficiency
  • Continuously build on existing product knowledge and work with other areas of the business to improve written content
