We a seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst

 

  • Collaborate with business partners to manage and deliver value add technology services to the business
  • Produce structured requirements as an input for the team deliveries
  • Contribute to improving delivery efficiency through strategic thinking, innovation and methodology improvment
  • Work closely with stakeholders from Risk, Operations and Distribution to influence and deliver change to the benefit of the company
  • Work with other team members ensuring disciplines & standards are met in order to deliver change effectively
  • Act as a communications lead between different stakeholder groups
  • Elicit, understand and analyse requirements for software systems
  • Proven track record of providing software solutions following an agile methodology
  • Experience sprint planning, delivering stand up meetings, workshop facilitation
  • Experience working closely with developers and architects
  • Full end to end software development life cycle (SDLC)- ideally within an agile environment
  • Experience working on large scale software delivery focused projects
  • Experience requiring and documenting of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Managing stakeholders on a variety of levels in challenging environments- demonstration efficient and effective communication skills
  • Experience working as a lead or senior BA across the full SDLC
  • Exposure to the delivery of different project types (commercial, new development, enhancements, and support)
  • Business requirements documentation using structured techniques (e.g. BPMN, user stories)
  • Systems Requirement Analysis using structured techniques (e.g. UML)
  • Data discovery and manipulation using basic SQL
