To support the growth and retention of LGIM’s Workplace DC business by providing a comprehensive support service to the Client Implementation Team using effective project management methodology, organisation and communication approaches

To support the growth and retention of LGIM’s Workplace DC business by providing a comprehensive support service to the Client Implementation Team using effective project management methodology, organisation and communication approaches

  • To support the production of appropriate documentation demonstrating how the implementation project is being managed.
  • Support the Implementation team by arranging project meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating and documenting actions.
  • Support the Implementation process for transfer business, providing support for clients to be able to move assets into LGIM, including directly supporting cash WBOP transfers.
  • To work closely in support of other DC Pensions Distribution team colleagues where required to assist in maximising new business opportunities at tender, beauty parade and site visit stages with the production of opportunity specific project documentation
  • To work closely with DC Workplace Operations, Client Communications and Change colleagues, supporting aspects of the implementation process and supporting workstreams as required
  • To support effective communication with  all parties involved with the implementation – both external and those internal to LGIM – this may necessitate the supporting and maintenance of both internal and external facing project plans
  • To review implementation and transition process maps and other project management templates so that they are developed and maintained, improving quality and efficiency.
  • To support Post Implementation Reviews with the Client Implementation Manager, ensuring feedback is collated and shared appropriately. Facilitate lessons learnt sessions with all parties involved.
  • To maintain a good knowledge of LGIM DC Pensions proposition and processes, and to keep abreast of relevant market activity and legislative developments in order to be able to support relevant topics in an informed manner during client implementations
  • Professional qualifications in relation to the role are desirable - Prince2 Practitioner
  • Experience and knowledge of workplace pension product solutions and marketplace
  • Demonstrable communication skills, the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident, willing to take initiative, and a team player
  • Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business
  • Highly organised. Able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on improving business performance through exceptional content and output
  • Ability to proof read with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise work load, work under pressure and to meet deadlines
