Work with the Global Operations Change team to deliver initiatives and process change, demonstrating impact of changes as delivered and identifying opportunities to utilise our automation tool kit.

There are two identical vacancies available, and we will consider applicants who are interested in working on a full time or part time basis (3 days per week).

  • Work with the Global Operations Change team to deliver initiatives and process change, demonstrating impact of changes as delivered and identifying opportunities to utilise our automation tool kit.
  • Assess current processes and ways of working to recommend changes with a strong focus on risk mitigation, capacity savings and scalability.
  • Work with operational teams to execute change at an effective and fast pace whilst operating within a structured governance framework.  Facilitate business requirements definition, testing and route to live activities.
  • Constantly challenge established methods and look to drive forward new ideas through the buy in and enthusiasm from Global Operations SMEs, Managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and run meetings as required, ensuring actions are clarified, documented and time-boxed.
  • Establish a thorough understanding of the business, the challenges they face and how our tactical and strategic solutions deliver benefits to overcoming these obstacles.
  • Work with Tech and Business Change colleagues (e.g. Scrum Masters, Project Managers) to ensure projects run to time and that the completed product meets business objectives.

Academic/Technical Qualifications

  • ‘A’ level passes and  IAQ exams (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills ( Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project ) – desirable but not essential

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of  Asset Management industry and operations functions
  • Proven experience of involvement in change management initiatives 
  • Proven experience in influencing, coordinating and leading activities across multiple teams.
  • Experience of communications across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in providing a high quality customer experience and service
  • Proven ability in liaising effectively with Senior Management both internally and externally
  • Proven experience of operating within a risk framework
