We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to join the Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) Resourcing team to help us identify and attract the best talent in the market. We have exciting growth plans across all of the Legal & General Group, and need super smart sourcers to help us on that journey!

As a Recruitment Sourcer you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging with diverse pools of exceptional candidates on behalf of the Resourcing Leads and Resourcing Business Partners, so that we continue to recruit outstanding talent into LGIM.

As a Recruitment Sourcer you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging with diverse pools of exceptional candidates on behalf of the Resourcing Leads and Resourcing Business Partners, so that we continue to recruit outstanding talent into LGIM.

You will be a brand ambassador and play a key role in representing LGIM in the market place so that we stand out as an employer of choice. 

• Identifying and attracting exceptional candidates through a number of direct sourcing channels, both traditional and innovative
• Driving diverse sourcing campaigns to make sure we aren’t leaving any talent pools untapped – we are passionate about hiring candidates who will bring difference to LGIM
• Representing LGIM at relevant recruitment events – being a fantastic brand ambassador and  attracting excellent candidates
• Writing outstanding job ads that really bring to life what is required in each role, and what it is like to work here at LGIM
• Managing offer negotiations and working with other members of the HR team to ensure a seamless and engaging on-boarding experience
• Giving all candidates a first-class recruitment experience so that they recommend us as an employer of choice
• Playing an active role so that we constantly improve and innovate our recruitment processes and methodology
• Providing Resourcing data and MI to inform the wider HR team and business of hiring activities
• Working across the Resourcing, HR and Employee Experience team to make our resourcing and on-boarding experience the best in the market

• Recruitment experience in an agency, search firm, or existing in-house team
• Knowledge and experience of successfully using of a number of direct sourcing channels
• Experience of using data and MI to inform hiring decisions
• Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to influence and guide to achieve the best possible outcome
• Passionate about the candidate journey and giving everyone an outstanding experience
• Stakeholder management skills, the ability to build and manage brilliant relationships at all levels
• You will have an eye for detail and excellent attention to detail
• A pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units
