We are seeking a progressive Resourcing Coordinator to help us on the next stage of our journey as we look to evolve the function.  This role will suit someone looking for a first step into an in-house recruitment environment. You will need to possess real drive, flexibility to take on the demands of a changing role in an evolving environment and have real amibition to forge a career within HR.

Engaging with candidates across all aspects of the on-boarding process for all new joiners

Delivering our Early Careers strategy for LGIM supporting programmes across Work Experience, Internships and Graduate hiring

Actively supporting our diversity and inclusion initiatives across LGIM working with our networks across a number of events and initiatives

Managing & conducting (2 hour) new joiner induction presentations

Management HR trackers, ensuring they are up to date with the required information

Oversee our Tier 2 visa holders to ensure that we are holding up to date documentation and work with our external immigration specialists to ensure that we are fully compliant

Work with our MSP to manage the PES process and ensure that this on track and exceptions flagged appropriately

Responsible for monitoring/diarising FTC/visa end dates and escalating any renewals

Draft terms for PSL, attain procurement sign off and ensure correct storage ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and on time

Previous experience within a coordination role as part of a Resourcing/Recruitment focused team

A desire to work within a small, fast-paced team

A track record of constantly improving the processes around you

A strong communicator who is able to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the business

Excellent written and spoken English with a high attention to detail - especially in the creation of critical documentation

Understand how to prioritise your work, especially at busy times of the year

Ideally an understanding of the broader HR landscape
