To provide an efficient and cost effective service to internal & external clients and management. Such service to be provided on a timely basis and in accordance with agreed service levels.

  • To process data for internal and external funds within B-One, and perform other ad hoc queries as required.
  • To complete all tasks within agreed deadlines ensuring appropriate procedures and controls are adhered to.
  • To provide an efficient and cost effective service to internal & external clients and management. Such service to be provided on a timely basis and in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place for all functions within the team and supporting documentation is up to date.
  • Continually seek to understand and satisfy our clients (whether internal or external) requirements. Develop procedures, processes and systems to support these requirements.
  • To assist with any new developments/ projects to improve efficiency/productivity and raise the profile of the Performance team.
  • To maintain threshold competency status in line with FSA guidelines as necessary to carry out responsibilities, through completion of training and keeping update to date with market changes.
  • To deputise for your Line Manager as necessary
  • To carry out any other task as deemed necessary by your Line Manager

Essential:

Qualifications: Educated to at least A level or equivalent

Experience: Experience in performance, risk or operational function in asset management firm

Competencies:

  • Organised and structured approach
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and deal with tight deadlines
  • Hard working
  • Highly numerate with good attention to detail
  • Good communication and skills

Desirable:

  • Degree, preferably in subject with mathematical content
  • Investment related qualification
  • Performance and attribution system experience
  • Understanding of asset management trade lifecycle
