LGIM Legal assists the LGIM business in its strategic aims whilst effectively managing legal risk in light of its business’ overall appetite for it, and as is appropriate for FCA and PRA authorised and regulated firms. Given the size of the firm LGIM Legal is relatively small, and as the management structure of both the team and the LGIM business as a whole is relatively flat, team members have good access to senior management and are responsible for the management and delivery of their own workloads.
