Provide an exceptional level of relationship and SORP reporting support to segregated and pooled strategic clients.

  1. Provide an exceptional level of relationship and SORP reporting support to segregated and pooled strategic clients. Acting  as the first port of call for all escalated enquiries Client Reporting Manager whilst maintaining excellent working relations with internal key business areas at all times

 

  1. Manage end to end production and delivery processes within pre-set deadlines for your allocation of client reports providing wider service assistance as required by the team

 

  1. Own and co-ordinate the successful resolution of client enquiries from start to finish, liaising and utilising expertise from around the business in order to meet deadlines

 

  1. Provide high level technical support, demonstrating an understanding of Liability Driven Investments, our products, client’s decision making process and long term objectives. Be able to answer complex queries as well as identify business opportunities and threats

 

  1. Indentify and follow up on process inefficiency, and technical development of peers opportunities with the intention of enhancing client service

 

  1. Attend fund manager, product briefings and conference calls where required and take sole responsibility for projects, client reporting changes and operational meetings when opportunities arise

 

  1. Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge in areas such as LGIM products, brand, services and competitors in the market. Develop and maintain knowledge of the current investment market, economic issues and LGIM’s views, enabling you to discuss solutions with clients and consultants

 

  1. Prepare both strategic and complex client reports, audit packs  and data provision for new business pitches using your knowledge of  systems and our product range

 

  1. Proactively work with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion and in line with client expectations

 

  1. Produce and check audit information legal documentation, reports and client specific data relevant to the clients investment strategy

 

  1. Proactively research and understand the strategy of our competitors, their market direction and the impact this has on our business

 

  1. Continually seek areas of improvement, identifying and implementing efficiencies as well as taking an active role in projects that will benefit both clients and the business

Strong academic background

Degree qualified (preferably 2.1) or equivalent

Experience

Experience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of client service, Fund accounting, Regulations and client reporting  

 

Working with derivatives based solutions

 

Detailed understanding of both Pension SORP FRS 102, IFRS13 

 

Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels

 

Training and presenting

Working within the pensions industry

Excellent overall investment knowledge including an understanding of the different investment vehicle options
